Big Guns BBQ Announces that we have closed the restaurant on Sunday, October 17, 2010

Dear Friends and Customers,

You have all been great friends to me and my family and have done all you can to help us succeed. For your friendship and support I am most grateful. I have tried along with my daughters and wife to make it through all these financially stressed times and have put every dime we had into Big Guns BBQ. 

I believe we offered a great product and have a winning formula but unfortunately due to incredible maintenance and repair bills, not enough volume, and lack of capitalization, we have been forced to close our doors this past Sunday night. 

It is with deep regret that I have to inform you of this but I have just hit a point where without any financial assistance like an investor, partner, etc., that we cannot continue. 

We have a number of items available for sale to try to raise money so we can live until we regroup such as bar neons, mirrors, food products, upright freezer, etc. 

I value our friendship greatly.

I don't know how it may be possible to duplicate the ribs, ( and chicken, for that matter) that are served here. The best, I repeat BEST that I have ever tasted. Friendly service, and all the extra's are present too...I wish dearly that there were more places that followed this model. A++++++

The BBQ at Big Guns BBQ Restaurant surpassed my expectations. It was tender and flavorful and had that old fashioned taste. I was pleasantly surprised by the freshest salad bar that to my surprise was free qwith any meal, even sandwiches. The servers are very friendly and make you feel right at home. They have quite a number of menu items to choose from that are all a great value. You can't leave Big Guns hungry.!!

This place is incredible. I saw a great band and had incredible BBQ all at the same time. Goin' back this weekend to see Harbor Blue Band for a dinner and show. Have some fun at Big Guns.

Ribs To Die For

Definitely the best smoked Ribs I've had in a long time. Don't need sauce the ribs are so tender and flavor packed. Definitely my favorite dish. My boyfriend had the pull pork and it was just as good as my ribs. thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Saw a band called Harbor Blue Band and they were excellent. For great BBQ and live music go to BIg Guns BBQ

First impression was a delightful atmosphere. Very friendly staff. The BBQ chicken & ribs were very tasty and melted in your mouth.They have a big variety of food to choose from and at a great price too. And they have live bands that play too. Most excellent. I shall tell all my friends about Big guns BBQ & I shall return more in the future, I am happy they are close by. Thanks for bring traditional smoked flavor back to ribs & chicken.

I passed this restaurant 100 times and thought about stopping in, but today the smell of smoking meat was so overpowering it magnetically drew me in and am I glad. Me and my girl had ribs and pull pork and I must say both were so delicious that we had to order more to take home. Hats off to the best BBQ ever!!

Futurebirds put on a wonderful show and party at Big Guns BBQ last night. Once they get started the party built up and up and up. A Jim Prine, Futurebirds and Big Guns BBQ Production. the BBQ was Out of This World and the wings were finger lickin' Good. Keep your eyes open for more up coming events. Watch also for the Wailin Wolves next booking - another great jammin band! Big Guns BBQ has something foe everyone day, night or after hours.

Heard a Band that was kickin' and had some of the greatest ribs and texas brisket ever. Service was Quick and salad bar has everything you can imagine. Great value, reasonable prices. Big Guns is the way BBQ oughtta be.

I absolutely love Chicken Wings. When I went to Big Guns BBQ, it happened to be on an all u can eat wing night. They have so many combination's of flavors for the wings that it is a wing lovers delite. Anyways just to let everyone know other than great BBQ, Big Guns has delicious wings. Give 'em a try.

Love Big Guns BBQ smoked meats, red beans, and rice. Their homemade sauces are incredible. If you want great BBQ and live music, this is the place to go. It's worth the drive. Plenty of parking and a comfortable atmosphere.

You cannot walk away hungry from here between the all u can eat specials and salad bar and 2 sides, they can satisfy the heartiest of appetites. A must go if you like BBQ, A family atmosphere and friendly service!

Passed Big Guns BBQ on a regular basis and just never seemed to have the time to drop in but once my family tried it, we became hooked. We have never tasted BBQ this good and the prices are reasonable. Kids under 12 eat free on Tuesdays so this becomes our family night out. So far we have had wings, Pull Pork, and Ribs, and all were out of this world. The flavor is addicting and on many weekends they have live music so Big Guns has become our night out. Give it a try. This gem is worth the drive!

We catered our office party at Big Guns BBQ. It was incredible. We had more than an ample amount of food. The service and variety was the best ever. Our people are still talking about how good the ribs, pull pork and chicken tasted and the red beans and rice are real southern style. I highly recommend Big Guns BBQ for any king of gathering. You won't be let down. Definitely worth the few extra minutes of drive time and they have great live entertainment available too.!~

We went to Big Guns BBQ last Friday during their famous open mike night. Had a great time and had some of the best BBQ I've ever had. Perfect smoke ring on the ribs and the pull pork was out of this world. Service was very friendly and attentive. Definitely will be one of our new regular spots.
